Description of Services Quarterly - 2000 Hrs or 3 month intervals or Semi-Annual - 4000 Hrs or 6 month intervals: Replace the air inlet filter (where appropriate) Replace the fluid filter Perform fluid sample analysis Inspect the air/oil separator element Check all electrical connections and tighten Check condition and operation of electrical contacts Inspect all electrical wiring Inspect and service all condensate auto drains Inspect all flexible and solid pipe work including fittings for leaks Check and inspect cooling system Inspect all in-line filtration equipment General inspection and clean up of compressor to identify any potential problems. Assess drive system for functionality and reliability Test run of the air compressor and other compressed air equipment related to producing compressed air Condition Monitoring/vibration analysis on the drive motor and airend.
